The motor, we tested many and found the suitable one for it, here is the data of the motor:

And the battery for it is our 20c 7.4v 4000mah lipo battery, 80 AMPS continously.
With such power, how to control to make the boat work well?
So the ESC is the key. We are using our own 50A brushless ESC for it after test and consider that it fits to the Futaba ER2 system we use. This ESC is perfect match with the motor so the boat can be run at high speeds making sure not overloading the motor.
As it runs, you have fun and may worry about the heat produced inside the boat would harm the electronics. Don't worry about that, Modellfun means quality and fun. You only need to put your mind on the race and have fun. We had solved every problem for you. Modellfun design a unique water cooling system for it, the boats hottest parts are the electric power plugs after using it.
The boat thus have two small air intakes, but they are save above surface and are not really necessary. With the 4000mAh 7.4V LIPO or our upgrade version with the 11.1V LIPO, the boat reaches perfect running times on decent high speeds. The boat can be supplied in RTR version, we only supply it with the Futaba ER2, no cheaper radio would be good for such a high level boat to ensure secure operation. We also supply the item without the TXRX system, for those clients which are having their local supply on high level radio controls. |
